Delivery & Returns at Hotspur 1364

DELIVERY

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

RETURN ITEMS

Hotspur 1364 Ltd will refund or exchange any item purchased on the Hotspur 1364 website (www.hotspur1364.co.uk). We do not offer a free returns policy, payment for return shipping is your responsibility, and we do not accept liability for any damage caused during return shipping. All returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

FAULTY GOODS

Please return faulty items to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. You must email us stating what the fault is before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If you request a refund, upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

If you request a replacement, once we have received the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement.

WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNED ITEMS?

If you return an item, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. Please use recorded delivery or registered post to return items, as Hotspur 1364 Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
